Exhibitor Showcase Event Information
The STC Exhibitor Showcase event now provides two opportunities for members to showcase, a product, service, or advancement through the distribution of marketing brochures and face-to-face communication to local athletic directors, parks and municipal officials, builders and installers, architects and engineers, and other field owners and prospects.

Meet Our Exhibitors
Exhibitor tables will be positioned around the perimeter of the luncheon ballroom. ONE table may be purchased per Member Company. The Exhibitor fee includes a 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket. The exhibitor guidelines are as follows:
Standard 120V electrical outlets are available in the ballroom. If you require use of an outlet, please bring an extension cord and power strip. Floorplan will be available in late summer so that exhibit table locations can be chosen.
The person and/or company shipping the items should be clearly identified. Ship all packages to arrive no earlier than Friday, October 7, 2016. The following should be on all shipments to the hotel:

You can sign up for an Exhibit table on your event registration form. The fee to exhibit is $550 per member company. Payment must be received to reserve a table. Checks should be made payable to STC if payment is not made via credit card during the registration process. In the event that all tables are reserved, you will notified and placed on a waiting list. Refunds for exhibitor registrations will be granted if written notice is received by Monday, September 26, 2016.
Exhibitor Release of Liability
By submitting the online registration form, the exhibiting company agrees to following:
Exhibit shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Hotel, its owners or managers which result from any negligent act of omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Hotel, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor's use of the property. Exhibitor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invites which arise from or out of the Exhibitors occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.
