Meet Our Panelists:

Adam Coleman, USGreentech LLC

Adam Coleman is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. With a BS in Civil Engineering and MBA, Adam began his career as a licensed Civil Engineer and obtained certification as a LEED Accredited Professional.

For 7.5 years, Adam oversaw the sports design team at a Cincinnati-based civil engineering firm and worked on over 40 athletic facilities during his tenure. Since 2010, Adam has been involved with the launch of two business units – USGreentech and Turf Reclamation Solutions.

Adam’s wide range of synthetic turf experience allows for a unique understanding of the planning, design, construction and materials used in synthetic turf fields.

Adam Coleman will be discussing the properties and characteristics of various infill materials, including crumb rubber, virgin rubber, organic, coated sand, and others.

Mike Gentile, Sports Labs USA

Michael Gentile is a partner at Sports Labs USA. Michael has specialized in delivering quality control mechanisms designed for project success. He believes that educating and empowering the consumer about synthetic turf will lead to further advancement of the industry and better fields for everyone.

Michael will discuss the considerations in the design, installation, and maintenance of various infill and padded systems.
