For more than 40 years, City of Refuge has changed the lives of countless women and children through life saving resources and life building tools. The primary goal is to provide access to and information about the best possible opportunities for success to those who are willing to work hard for positive change.  The new playfield and fitness center was donated through the generosity of the Synthetic Turf Council’s members.
