SHOWCASE YOUR WORK

AT The STC ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Submissions Open: January 2026

In January 2026, the Synthetic Turf Council (STC) is accepting poster and rapid podium submissions for the 2026 STC Annual Conference to be held October 26-28, 2026.

Submissions related to synthetic turf systems are invited following the application requirements below.

STC posters and rapid podium sessions is a recognition program for members.

 

 

POSTERS & RAPID PODIUM

Posters: All submitters will be considered for the poster sessions, showcasing your outstanding design, installation, product or initiative directly with conference attendees. The poster submission fee is $95 per entry.

 

Rapid Podium: Interested submitters may be considered for a rapid podium slot, providing you a 10-minute speaking spotlight in front of all attendees during the general session. 

 

Get Started

  1. Create a poster (optional template provided: poster template PPT / podium template PPT). 
  2. For details, refer to the poster guidelines, including printing instructions, specifications, and podium tips
  3. Create your poster, save as a PDF
  4. Proceed with the application below

 

Be Prepared to Answer

Introduction:

  • Briefly summarize the project and necessary background that led to this work.
  • What community does this project serve? Include the number of participants and users reached.
  • What makes this project unique/creative/innovative and deserving of recognition?

Impact and Outcomes:

  • What challenges were the end-user(s) facing before the project?
  • Describe the primary goals of the project and how they were achieved.
  • What measurable outcomes or benefits did the project achieve?
  • What challenges were faced during the implementation of the project, and how were they overcome?

Innovation and Sustainability:

  • Describe any innovative approaches or strategies used in the project.
  • How does this project positively impact the environment?
  • How does this project ensure long-term sustainability and continued benefits for the community?

Supporting Materials:

  • Provide supporting materials such as photos, plans or data points (no propriety information).
  • Provide evidence showing the impact of the project on the customer, community, government etc. (customer testimonials, news articles, etc.)
  • If testing completed on the project, please describe the required standards.

Additional Member Participants:

  • Please list the name(s) of STC member companies who participated in the design, product or installation of this project, including: architects, builders, specialty contractors, suppliers, etc.

 

IMPORTANT Dates

  • Call for Posters Closes: February 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT
  • Conference Session Notifications: April-May 2026
  • Print, Pack or Mail Your Approved Poster(s): September-October 2026
  • Event Dates: October 26-28, 2026

We're excited to announce a new onsite judging system available to all registered conference attendees.

Starting in 2026, project awards will be incorporated into the poster sessions.
