2026 STC Guidelines Advertising
In collaboration with our members, STC leads the industry by developing essential and voluntary technical guidelines and resources to simplify the selection, testing, use, and maintenance of synthetic turf systems.
By advertising in STC guidelines, you not only build credibility with clients but also drive demand for safety and quality in synthetic turf systems.
STC guidelines are distributed electronically to members and stakeholders (1,500 - 2,000 contacts) four times per year in a secured PDF format.

Guidelines, Deadlines and Distribution
- Advertising Submission Window Open November 1, 2025 – January 30, 2026
- Publication Date: March 31, 2026
- Electronic Distribution Months: April, June, August, October
Advertising AGREEMENT TERMS
- Premium Ads: Full-page, full-color only; first-come, first-served. Check availability by contacting us at office@syntheticturfcouncil.org.
- Contract & Payment: Signed contract + full payment due by issue closing date. No ads run until paid.
- No Refunds: All payments final.
- Membership: Membership must be renewed for the advertising year. Lapsed membership = non-member rates.
- Content Rules:
- No references to other members or companies.
- No pricing, credit, or warranty details (per antitrust policy).
- Approval: All ads reviewed and approved before acceptance.
- Copy Deadline: Miss it? Last issue’s ad may rerun.
- Renewals: Paid advertisers get first priority for next year’s spot.
Publisher’s Right: May label “Advertisement” on any ad resembling editorial content; may reject ads that are offensive or give unfair competitive advantage.
Technical Requirements
- Material: Prefer .PNG or .JPG files.
- Not accepted .PDF files.
- Native applications (Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photo- shop or Quark, Freehand, Publisher) are not accepted.
- Resolutions should be 800 dpi for line art and 300-400 dpi for photos.
- Ads must be camera ready. The STC is unable to make changes to ads.
- Please include your website URL.
