Introducing the new technical guidelines from the Synthetic Turf Council which will be distributed electronically to members and prospective members (over 2,000 contacts) four times per year in a secured PDF format. The following guidelines are available

Advertising Guidelines
Agreement Terms
- Premium placements are full page, full color ads only and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. To check availability, you may contact the STC office headquarters at office@syntheticturfcouncil.org.
- Signed contract must accompany ad. Payment is due with signed contract and by final closing date for each issue.
- All advertisements must be fully paid prior to insertion.
- No refunds will be given on advertising payments. If STC membership is not renewed, member ad rates will revert to non-member rates.
- No advertisement may make any specific reference, whether favorable or unfavorable, to any other member designer, builder, manufacturer, or distributor, or to any other builder’s, designer’s, manufacturer’s or distributor’s advertisement, product,
service or business practice.
- No advertisement may contain specific information relating to price, credit terms or warranty terms.
- All advertisements are subject to preview and approval prior to acceptance.
- When change of copy is not received by final closing date, publisher reserves right to print ad from previous issue.
- Paid advertisers have first right of refusal for the following year ad renewals.
Publisher Indemnities
Publisher reserves the right to mark “advertisement” on copy that readers might confuse with editorial content, and to refuse copy that offends good taste or takes unfair competitive advantage.
Technical Requirements
- Material: Prefer .PNG or .JPG files.
- Not accepted .PDF files.
- Native applications (Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photo- shop or Quark, Freehand, Publisher) are not accepted.
- Resolutions should be 800 dpi for line art and 300-400 dpi for photos.
- Ads must be camera ready. The STC is unable to make changes to ads.
- Please include your website URL.
