Volunteers play an integral part in the effectiveness, progression, innovation and success of the STC's vision, mission and purpose. As we move into 2020, we invite you to help put the industry's best interests front and center by volunteering on a committee or task force.
By volunteering on a committee or task force, STC members enhance their own professional development and benefit their companies.

The Board of Directors and Committees meet monthly by conference call and in-person at STC Membership Meetings.

STC "Groups" allow members to find volunteer opportunities in their areas of interest. To view the Group listings and descriptions, please select from the following categories:
Board Directors are elected for a two-year term and may not serve more than two consecutive terms. Directors are required to participate an on-site board meetings each year at the Annual Membership Meeting in the fall. During the year, the Board meets by conference call once every month for about 1.5 hours.
STC Committees are utilized by staff members and the Board of Directors to ensure that functional expertise is used in developing programs and services. The members of all Standing Committees serve for a one-year term, which ends with the conclusion of the Annual Membership Meeting.
