Sportworks Design’s David Higgins Earns Professional Engineer (PE) License

Cincinnati, Ohio - Sportworks Design, a division of The Kleingers Group, is excited to announce David Higgins, Staff Civil Engineer, has earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Ohio. This accomplishment reflects his dedication and technical proficiency in civil engineering.

A University of Cincinnati graduate and active member of the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA), David brings valuable civil engineering design experience to athletic and institutional projects. At Sportworks, he collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to design sports facilities for high school, collegiate, and professional organizations. His expertise spans site layout, utilities, and grading for stadiums, arenas, athletic fields, and running tracks. Notable projects he has contributed to include UC Nippert Stadium ADA Upgrades, Northeastern Schools Track Renovations, Butler University Tennis Courts, Armco Park Synthetic Turf Infields, Princeton Schools Stadium Improvements, and most recently Miami University’s New Arena project.
