2019 Volunteer of the Year Award:

Donna Kent, ForeverLawn Inc.

Donna's volunteer activities include the following:

• Serving second term on the board as director at large.
• Current board liaison to the STC marketing committee.
• Current board liaison to the STC awards committee.
• Past chair of the PR & Marketing committee for five consecutive years. 

Donna is a vocal and active supporter of the STC and its mission in the following ways:

A key contributor in the development of the first STC strategic plan. This initiative helped define the goals, mission, and vision of the STC, and guides our activities as a board.

Instrumental in launching a new STC awards program at the annual meeting in Palm Springs. Continues to serve on this committee driving further improvements to the awards program.

Currently providing direction for the first ever STC marketing program with a strong focus on digital marketing initiatives. 

Donna is an extremely passionate, hard-working, talented, team player who works tirelessly to advance the mission and activities of the STC and the turf industry.
