Steve Wynn has long been associated with over-the-top quality and creativity; his Brand has influence well beyond the Las Vegas lights influencing casinos and developers around the globe. SYNLawn has been part of that story beginning in Las Vegas with the creation of a unique synthetic turf product for his resorts and recently extended to his private residence in Los Angeles. Two unique products were used that could pass fire ratings, introduce a high/low effect and have visual contrast. The finished result is an over 12,000 sf crescent shape designed to fit into a specific space stretching 172' wide by 72' deep.

Danna Freedman, SYNLawn Los Angeles, worked with famed designer Bob Truskowski, a global icon known for historic garden restorations. Mr. Truskowski, an ASLA Fellow and noted as one of the world top 12 landscape architects is no stranger to the Wynn Empire. This partnership further solidifies the use of a modern landscape material - synthetic turf-into the lexicon of creative tools allowing future designers to push the limits of our industry. Mr. Wynn's commitment to excellence and all that it entails has resulted in stories in Architectural Digest, Robb Report and Veranda among others.

Steve Wynn's residential project was part of a massive renovation for his Los Angeles mansion now listed for 135 million. The prefabrication was shipped out after rolls of turf were cut on a waterjet, pieced to together in a massive facility, flipped over in it's entirety to apply strengthening polyol and then shipped out across the country.
