2021 STc lifetime achievement award

The STC Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an outstanding STC individual member who has made a lasting impact on the artificial turf industry and has dedicated their professional life to the advancement of the industry and promoting the ideals of the STC.

This year’s recipient was a driving force in the movement to create the Synthetic Turf Council in 2003 and served as its second elected Chairman from 2005 to 2007. He has been a lifelong supporter of the STC through his passion and desire to advocate for the synthetic turf industry and promote the ethical behavior of its members.

He has continued to engage with the STC by participating in strategic planning sessions and encouraging new members of younger generations to take leadership roles. 

His family members, notably late father Shelby, brother Bryan, sister Jane and son-in-law Ryan, have left an extraordinary legacy of leadership and service to the STC and the industry.
