The STC Landscape Project of the Year Award for Residential recognizes an outstanding landscape installation that exhibits innovation and quality reflective of the STC mission. 

This year’s recipient was the installer of a private residential golf system in Houston, Texas.

The residential synthetic turf project features a 4,000 sq ft lawn and 1,200 sq ft 9 hole putting green with walking paths, seating area, and a multisport court.

Since the installation of synthetic turf, the property value has increased and area drainage was improved.
