Factory 52 is a visionary redevelopment of the historic United States Playing Card Company factory into a vibrant lifestyle destination featuring synthetic turf across key areas, including a dog park, gaming area, and Central Green. 

Using advanced yarn technology, this synthetic turf system promotes sustainability by addressing water drainage and reducing the need for maintenance. 

The design, featuring a cohesive playing card theme and community-oriented spaces, has drawn praise for blending functionality, aesthetics, and environmental benefits.
