SYNLawn - Ft. Worth Dream Park

The STC Landscape Project of the Year Award for Recreation recognizes an outstanding landscape installation that exhibits innovation and quality reflective of the STC mission. 

SYNLawn revitalized Ft. Worth Dream Park with a large-scale synthetic turf installation, replacing bark mulch to create a safe, ADA-accessible playground for over 3,000 weekly children.

The project innovated with slope stabilization systems and a nail-free, IPEMA-certified design, while promoting sustainability through water reduction, erosion prevention, and recycling removed wood fibers into soil amendments.

It has boosted community access by eliminating mud and hazards, enhancing year-round usability and inclusivity, as praised in multiple 5-star user reviews.
