2025 Landscape Installation of the Year Award: Residential Category

The STC Landscape Project of the Year Award for Residential recognizes an outstanding landscape recreation installation that exhibits innovation and quality reflective of the STC mission. 

Premier Grass Australia transformed a neglected 20-year-old landscape in Sanctuary Lakes into a multi-level outdoor space with concrete sleeper retaining walls, removing vegetation while protecting the nearby lake and bird habitats.

The project innovated by using machinery that minimized ecological disruption, temporary barriers to prevent lake pollution, and durable materials for erosion control and long-term sustainability.

It enhanced the local community's visual appeal and environmental quality, benefiting the homeowner, neighbors, and lake visitors with a safer, more usable green space.
