Letter Request Form for STC Members and/or CSTI credential holders

The CSTI is the highest professional credential in the landscape synthetic turf industry. In order to help STC members and CSTIs get the recognition they deserve, we have developed the letter of support program to help you share your accomplishment with your peers, volunteer leaders, and other stakeholders.

Any active STC member or CSTI may request to have a letter sent on their behalf by completing this letter request form. Please note that only requests from current STC members or CSTIs will be honored, and allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Additional Notes:

• A separate form must be filled out for each person to whom you'd like a letter sent. 
• Please ensure all sections are completed with correct information. STC is not responsible for verification of any information you have entered.
• Please input information as you'd like it to appear on the letter. Thank you.
