• Early Bird rates end on August 22, 2025. After this date, an additional $100 per person will apply. 

• Regular rates end on September 30, 2025 . After this date, an additional $50 per person will apply. 

• Onsite rates begin October 12, 2025. After this date, an additional $75 per person will apply.
