Purpose

The STC Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an outstanding STC individual member who has made a national or international impact on the artificial turf industry, and has dedicated their professional life to the advancement of the industry and promoting the ideals of the STC.

Submission Deadline: June 30, 2026

Nominations

Any member of the STC in good standing may nominate a person for the Lifetime Achievement Award.  The nominating member is responsible for completing and submitting all required nomination materials.

Eligibility Requirements

• Member must no longer be in the synthetic turf industry. This award may be presented posthumously.
• Member must have at least 10 years of consecutive membership in the STC.
  
• Member must have served the STC in a leadership capacity (board member, committee chair, task force chair, etc.)
  

Judging Criteria

1. Candidates will be evaluated in terms of their contribution to the STC and the industry as a whole
2. Promotion of the industry and STC ideals through other organizations
3. Involvement in philanthropic projects
4. Nominee’s contribution towards industry advancement in their particular segment
